Back to School!
Believe it or not, school is right around the corner. As you get ready to settle back into the school day routine, don't forget to make time for celebrations! Taking time to celebrate with your kids helps give them positive memories in the midst of their every day life. Here's an awesome blog post with a few simple suggestions on making this back to school season (and just about any season!) a time worth celebrating. We're praying for you all as you and your kids head back to school!

Mayday! Mayday!
Alright wonderful MPKids parents, we've got a job for you! As we gear up for the new school year, we've got a few big gaps in our volunteer force. Our 10:30 celebration is deeply in need of small group leaders for 2nd, 3rd and 4th graders! We don't want to leave these kids leaderless, so if you've been looking for a role, hoping for a sign or thinking about getting involved, please let us know. We would love to meet with you, talk about the role and make sure that you feel fully equipped to be a part of these awesome kids' faith journey. Come talk to us on Sunday morning or send an email to get more info!

Kids Camp Recap
This week we welcomed back a group of 25 4th, 5th and 6th graders from an awesome week at camp! Many of our kids gained great insights into what it means to accept Jesus as their Savior and walk out their faith as committed believers. Fears were faced and conquered on the zipline, swing and rock wall. And, we learned a little bit about healthy eating habits too (brown sugar is not a main dish). Check out the highlight video on our MPkids Facebook page and please continue to pray for these kids as they walk out their faith and next steps at home!
